The Global Warming Solutions Fund Act provides the statutory authority for both the CO₂ Budget Trading Program and the Global Warming Solutions Fund. The NJ legislature website offers New Jersey statutes online. Select the link for statutes on their website and use the site’s lookup options if you would like to access the statutory authority.
