Mission of the Legal & Transactional Operations Section:
- To maximize transparency, efficiency, and consistency among all NJDEP transactional (contracting and acquisition) projects.
- To successfully effectuate/complete all NJDEP transactional projects in a manner that reflects the optimal use of public dollars/funding.
