Dear Regulated Medical Waste Transporter, Intermediate Handler and Destination Facility, and Commercial Collection Facility,

The reporting timeframe for the following regulated medical waste (RMW) reports will be delayed:

  • 2024 Regulated Medical Waste Transporter Annual Report
  • 2024 Intermediate Handler and Destination Facility Annual Report
  • 2024 Commercial Collection Facility Annual Report

These reports cover the reporting period of July 1, 2023- June 30, 2024. The reporting timeframe is delayed for the Department to complete preparation of online reporting documents, which will allow these reports to be submitted electronically.

The Department will send a follow-up email with the 2024 reporting timeframe, along with instructions for the completion and submittal of the annual report. Be assured that you will be provided with sufficient time to submit the 2024 annual report.

Please DO NOT submit your annual report until after receiving the follow up email and following the new report submission instructions.
