[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”3/4″][vc_column_text css=””]The 2025 Regulated Medical Waste Annual Generator Report (AGR), covering the reporting period from June 22, 2024 – June 21, 2025, must now be completed and submitted online, through the DEP Online Business Portal, by July 21, 2025. The DEP no longer accepts reports by email.

To complete and submit the AGR, each generator must have a representative, who is authorized to complete and certify the report, create a myNewJersey Portal account at https://deptest.nj.gov/online/  The account is assigned to an individual not a company or a facility. This online account will allow the representative to access the online service linked to the AGR.

This is the same reporting system that was first implemented for the 2022 annual report. No changes have been made to the reporting system or the report documents.
