Bloomfield St Closure

There is a full road closure on Bloomfield St between 14th St and 15th St to continue work on the Resist structure. Access to private garages on Bloomfield Street north of 14th street will be maintained during construction.

Marin Blvd Closure

There is a road closure on Marin Blvd. between 18th Street and Newark Street/Observer Highway. Work continues to allow the Contractor to perform a watermain relocation, sleeve a gas main, install a bypass, drive piles, and relocate conflicting utilities in coordination with the respective companies.

There was an in person community outreach meeting on August 6, 2025 at the Elysian Charter School to discuss the urban amenities and color feature of the Resist project.


There was a community outreach meeting scheduled on July 7, 2025, to inform the community of a road closure and traffic detours tentatively scheduled for Marin Boulevard on/ around July 21, 2025.


There was a community outreach meeting scheduled on June 26, 2025, to inform the community of a road closure and traffic detours scheduled for July 7, 2025.


There was a community outreach meeting scheduled on June 20, 2024, to inform the community of changes to the construction schedule that will impact both north and south Hoboken, as well as provide updates on noise, vibration, and traffic monitoring and impacts.

There was a community outreach meeting scheduled for April 29, 2024, to update the community on construction activities underway.

A public meeting was held on November 16, 2023, to reintroduce and refamiliarize the project to residents and cover expectations for the construction phase of the Project.
