The number of matches will be displayed and selecting “Highlight All” will highlight all the matches within the document.

Note: An “image based” PDF will not contain searchable content as displayed in the image below.

When a Document is displayed in the Image Viewer you can search the Content of it by selecting the “HTML” Tab and entering your desired search value into the window provided.

The DocMiner system will highlight the occurrences throughout the document and select the first one. Clicking the “Previous/Next” arrows will navigate through the search results.

All Open items are shown across the top of the page in the “Latest Search” area. In the example below there are two Open items. The item in bold is the item being displayed.

This can be due to the File Type and/or attributes of the File itself. In these situations, DocMiner will display “n/a”. When this occurs the overall Total Pages and Total Size will have a “*” beside it to indicate to the user there are items within the collection that do not have values indicated within and thus isn’t a correct representation.
