UPDATE: The Department has withdrawn this draft permit, which was proposed by notice in the March 5, 2025, DEP Bulletin. Please see above for the draft permit that the Department is proposing to approve for Program Interest (PI) 1032630, Permit Application No. CAV230001, as provided by notice in the April 16, 2025, DEP Bulletin.[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text css=””]
