N.J.A.C. 7:25A-1.8

Public Notice

Take notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing a change in fee to N.J.A.C.7:25A-1.8. A statement of the substance of the proposal follows: The fee for all oysters harvested from the Delaware River, Delaware Bay and their tributaries, with the exception of the leased areas is being changed from $2.00 to $4.00 per bushel.
