Loveless Parcel, Lawrence Twp, Mercer County, 45 Acres
A combination of preservation funding led to the successful acquisition of this property in July 2007. Green Acres funding was provided to Lawrence Township and Lawrence Township Conservation Foundation, with matching funds provided by the Mercer County and Lawrence Township open space tax funds. The Loveless family formerly ran a nursery growing evergreen trees and selling them for Christmas trees during the holiday season. The “Loveless Nature Preserve” is a significant addition to Lawrence Township’s park and open space system.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
