The property is located within Fish and Wildlife Lockatong Wildlife Management Area. This is a growing project area to protect the highest quality Lockatong Stream, a tributary to the Delaware River, and provide fishing and hiking access for the public. This parcel is entirely forested with mature hardwoods and Hemlock stands. It also contains a significant understory of native plants and wildflowers. A waterfall at the property border along the Lockatong Creek, is known historically as “High Falls”.
