The State of New Jersey has finalized revisions to its State Implementation Plan (SIP) to meet the Clean Air Act requirements addressing the infrastructure, transport, and regional haze requirements of the Clean Air Act’s Section 110. This SIP revision demonstrates to the USEPA that the state has the authority (or infrastructure) to implement, maintain, and enforce an air quality management program that provides for attainment and maintenance of all National Ambient Air Quality Standards and for Regional Haze.
