The \u201cGreen Streets & Stormwater Infrastructure Mapping Grant Program\u201d is intended to assist counties in achieving compliance with the January 1, 2025 Highway Agency (R12) general stormwater permit and to promote green infrastructure design initiatives. The \u201cLeaf Composting Grant Program\u201d is intended to assist public entities in complying with the Department\u2019s Wood Waste Recycling and Leaf Composting Stormwater General Permit (WRC).<\/p>\n The Department has announced that $5.025 million dollars of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARP) funding will be granted to qualified applicants across both programs.
