Who is Eligible?<\/h2>\n

The New Jersey Water Bank administers the Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) which finance a wide range of water infrastructure projects and provide low interest loans for eligible recipients. To be eligible, the project must be a clean water or drinking water project as set forth in the Funding Opportunities below and satisfy all NJ Water Bank program requirements, determined upon consideration of relevant application information, submitted through H2<\/sub>LOans<\/a>.<\/p>\n
