Public Entity Transporters<\/h3>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Public Entity Transporters include any federal, state, county, or local municipal government who transports waste from their own operations or from residential municipal curbside collection and are exempt from obtaining an A-901 license<\/a>.\u00a0 However, if a Public Entity engages and competes in the solid waste marketplace, they remain exempt from obtaining an A-901license<\/a> but must obtain a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity<\/a>.\u00a0 An Initial Registration Statemen<\/a>t is submitted to become registered and obtain decals for each piece of equipment used to transport waste.<\/p>\n

Those who are already registered can use the online service to obtain decals for additional equipment, obtain updated or replacement cab cards, replace lost or damaged decals, and inactivate a decal no longer being used.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” full_height=”yes” columns_placement=”stretch”][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n
