[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]Companies which transport waste generated though their own operation (\u201cSelf-Generators\u201d) are required to complete an Initial Registration Statement<\/a> to become registered and obtain decals for each piece of equipment used to transport waste.<\/p>\n Examples of Self-Generators include:<\/p>\n Self-generators are prohibited from transporting waste generated by companies or persons not directly employed by them.\u00a0 Furthermore the following activities are not<\/u><\/strong> considered self-generator and require obtaining an A901 license<\/a> and a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity<\/a> or CPCN exemption:<\/p>\n Self-Generator Solid Waste transporters who are already registered can use the online service to obtain decals for additional equipment, obtain updated or replacement cab cards, replace lost or damaged decals, and inactivate a decal no longer being used.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” full_height=”yes” columns_placement=”stretch”][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1694608509600{margin-bottom: 0px !important;border-bottom-width: 1px !important;}”]<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n To register additional equipment or obtain updated or replacement cab cards you must use online service as listed below:<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=””]<\/p>\n The currently issued decals are valid through 6-30-2025 \u2013 in January 2025 they can be renewed online using one of the links listed below:<\/p>\n [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n Transporters with 30 or fewer vehicles can use a service that does not require you to create an NJDEP online account \u2013 it is the equivalent of making an online purchase and checking out as a Guest.
