Companies who transport waste generated by a third party (remove for others) are also required to obtain an A-901 License<\/a> and a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity<\/a> (\u201cCPCN\u201d), where the collection or brokering of solid waste is involved, unless otherwise excepted by regulation.\u00a0 The A-901License and CPCN must be obtained prior to submitting an Initial Registration Statement to become registered and obtain decals for each piece of equipment used to transport waste.
