By this adoption, the Department \u201cincorporated by reference\u201d (with limited exception) the July 1, 1993 version of the Federal hazardous waste regulations at 40 CFR Parts 124, 260-266, 268 and 270, mandated by the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA) and amended by the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments (HSWA).
