{"id":6122,"date":"2023-07-11T15:17:22","date_gmt":"2023-07-11T15:17:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/srp\/?page_id=6122"},"modified":"2025-06-17T13:37:15","modified_gmt":"2025-06-17T13:37:15","slug":"previous-fiscal-year-fees","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/srp\/fees\/previous-fiscal-year-fees\/","title":{"rendered":"Previous Fiscal Year Fees"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column offset=&#8221;vc_col-lg-9 vc_col-md-9&#8243; el_class=&#8221;order-2&#8243;][breadcrumb-shortcode][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"topic-header\">Previous Annual Site Remediation Reform Act Program Fee Calculation Reports<\/h4>\n<p>Pursuant to the Administrative Requirements for the Remediation of Contaminated Sites (ARRCS, N.J.A.C. 7:26C), the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection is to prepare each year an &#8220;Annual Site Remediation Reform Act Program Fee Calculation Report.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>These reports are to include the information contained in the annual budget submission to the Department of the Treasury, the numbers of contaminated areas of concern and of contaminated media, the base contaminated area of concern fee, the contaminated area of concern fee for each of the four categories, and the contaminated media fee that shall be due and payable. Additionally, the report is to include the factors used to calculate the remedial action permit fee for each remedial action permit activity, as well as the annual remedial action permit fee for each type of Remedial Action Permit. A notice is to be published in the New Jersey Register that includes a summary of the report and its Site Remediation Reform Act Program budget, and the Department is also required to post the report
