A statement of the substance of the proposal follows: The fee for all oysters harvested from the Delaware River, Delaware Bay and their tributaries, with the exception of the leased areas is being changed from $2.00 to $4.00 per bushel.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register dated August 4, 2025.\u00a0 A copy of the proposal is available from:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/rules\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/proposals\/proposal-20250804a.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/rules\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/proposals\/proposal-20250804a.pdf<\/a> and 1672 E.
