\n<\/strong>Division of Fish and Wildlife rules; Endangered Species List, Nongame Species List, N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.1, 4.13, 4.17<\/p>\n
\nTake notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Fish and Wildlife is proposing amendments to N.J.A.C. 7:25-4 to delete certain status terms and definitions of nongame wildlife and add new status terms and definitions at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.1; to amend the list of endangered wildlife at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.13, and to make changes to the list and statuses of nongame wildlife at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.17.\u00a0 The new terms and definitions apply to the proposed amended list of nongame wildlife at N.J.A.C. 7:25-4.17.\u00a0 The list of endangered wildlife and the list and status of nongame wildlife are referenced by several other Department of Environmental Protection regulations and therefore the proposed amendments may impact the administration of those regulations.<\/p>\n
