Notice of Rule Proposal<\/strong> Public Notice<\/b> The Department, in conjunction with the Department of Treasury, Division of Taxation, is readopting a tax incentives program, which provides for corporate business tax credit and\/or sales tax refund for treatment and\/or conveyance equipment purchased exclusively for the purpose of reusing further treated effluent in industrial processes in the state. The Department will determine whether the operation of the treatment and\/or conveyance equipment and the reuse of the further treated effluent will be environmentally beneficial. These rules specify submission requirements and review procedures for making the determination of environmental benefit.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register on January 22, 2008.
