\nGlobal Warming Solutions Fund Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:27D<\/p>\n
\nTake notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is proposing new rules, N.J.A.C. 7:27D, the Global Warming Solutions Fund Rules. \u00a0As required by the Global Warming Solutions Fund Law, N.J.S.A. 26:2C-50 et seq., these rules establish a priority ranking system to be used to assist the Economic Development Authority, the Board of Public Utilities, and the Department in their allocation of the proceeds of the auction of CO2 emission allowances that occur pursuant to the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI) Carbon Dioxide Budget Trading Program, N.J.A.C. 27C.<\/p>\n
