\nTake notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has scheduled a fourth public hearing to provide the public comment an opportunity to comment on the Department\u2019s proposal of amendments restructuring when and how public access to tidal waters and their shorelines is required under the Coastal Permit Program rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7, and the Coastal Zone Management rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7E.\u00a0 These proposed amendments were published in the April 4, 2011 New Jersey Register at 43 N.J.R. 772(a).
