\nTake notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental
\nProtection is extending the public comment period for the Surface
\nWater Quality Standards rule proposal.\u00a0 The proposal was
\npublished in the New Jersey Register dated May 21, 2007.\u00a0 See
\n39 N.J.R. 1845(a).\u00a0 The 60-day comment period, which was
\nscheduled to expire on July 20, 2007, is being extended until
\nMonday August 20, 2007.<\/p>\n
