\nProposed Readoption with Amendments: N.J.A.C. 7:26G<\/p>\n
\nTake notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection is proposing to readopt with Amendments the Hazardous Waste rules at N.J.A.C. 7:26G.\u00a0 A statement of the substance of the proposal follows: \u00a0\u00a0The Department proposes to readopt the rule with amendments that incorporate the most current Federal regulations by reference.\u00a0\u00a0 Subchapters 14 and 15, concerning the rules of the Hazardous Waste Facilities Siting Commission, will be allowed to expire since the Commission is not operational and the Department has no authority to readopt its rules. Additionally, N.J.A.C. 7:26G-6.2 and 6.3 and the appendix to subchapter 6 are being repealed in favor of the new Federal manifest regulations.<\/p>\n
