This chapter institutes<br \/>\na system for the payment of permit fees (if over $1,000) in<br \/>\ninstallments. The due date of each 1\/3 installment is based<br \/>\nupon the Department&#8217;s completion of its duties and responsibilities<br \/>\nat specific stages of the application review process. The chapter<br \/>\napplies to any permit, registration or license issued by the<br \/>\nDepartment, establishing the regulatory and management requirements<br \/>\nfor an ongoing regulated activity under any Federal law or certain<br \/>\nState laws.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey<br \/>\nRegister dated June 6, 2005. <a href=\"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/rules\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/70\/proposals\/060605b.pdf\">A<br \/>\ncopy of the proposal is available from the DEP website<\/a>,<br \/>\nofficial repository libraries, West Publishing at 1-800-808-WEST.<br \/>\nBe advised that there may be a fee for obtaining a copy of the<br \/>\nproposal from some sources.<\/p>\n<p>Submit written comments by August 5, 2005 to:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Alice A.
