\n<\/strong>Sludge Quality Assurance, N.J.A.C. 7:14C<\/p>\n
\nTake notice<\/u> that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection (Department) is proposing to readopt the Sludge Quality Assurance rules (SQAR \u2013 N.J.A.C. 7:14C) with amendments. The SQAR establish reporting procedures to monitor the quality and quantity of sludge generated throughout the state by domestic and industrial treatment works. The Department proposes to mandate electronic submittal of monitoring report forms, and to exempt some of the smallest generators from the requirement to submit analytical reports.<\/p>\n
