The proposal was published in the New Jersey Register on June 16, 2008. See 40 N.J.R. 3541(a).\u00a0 The comment period, which was scheduled to close on August 15, 2008, is extended to August 22, 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Written comments may be submitted by August 22, 2008, to:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Alice A.
