N.J.A.C. 7:24A implements the loan program as established in the Green Acres, Clean Water, Farmland and Historic Preservation Bond Act of 1992 (P.L. 1992 c. 88).\u00a0 The primary objective of these rules is to establish procedures for the proper administration of the loan program.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal is scheduled to be published in the New Jersey Register dated September 20, 2010.
