\nCoastal Permit Program Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7<\/p>\n
\nTake notice that the NJ Department of Environmental Protection
\nis proposing a readoption with amendments to the Coastal Permit
\nProgram Rules. A statement of the substance of the proposal
\nfollows:<\/p>\n
\nthe Coastal Permit Program Rules (N.J.A.C. 7:7). This chapter
\nestablishes the procedures by which the Department of Environmental
\nProtection reviews permit applications and appeals from permit
\ndecisions under the Coastal Area Facility Review Act (CAFRA),
\nthe Wetlands Act of 1970, and the Waterfront Development Law.
\nMost of the proposed amendments are minor in nature including
\ncorrection of typographical errors, minor additions to requirement
\nlists and various language clarifications. Substantive changes
\ninclude the addition of information on jurisdictional determinations,
\nvarious amendments to existing general permits, and the proposal
\nof three new general permits.<\/p>\n
