\nRegulations for the Review Zone of the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park
\nProposed Repeal and New Rules: N.J.A.C. 7:45<\/p>\n
\nTake notice that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the Delaware and Raritan Canal Commission are repealing the existing rules and proposing new rules implementing the Delaware and Raritan Canal State Park Law of 1974. The new rules include fees as well as general permits authorized by 2007 amendments to the statute.<\/p>\n
