\n(Department) is extending the comment period for the proposal
\nto amend the Surface Water Quality Standards at N.J.A.C. 7:9B-1.15
\nmodifying the surface water classification of the Shark River
\nBrook and tributaries. The proposal was published in the New
\nJersey Register on December 20, 2004. See 36 N.J.R. 5612(a).
