NOTICE OF READOPTION WITH AMENDMENTS PUBLIC NOTICE<\/strong> The Noise Control rules at N.J.A.C. 7:29 establish Statewide sound level standards to control noise from stationary and industrial sources and procedures for measuring such noise by county and municipal agencies.
