The proposal was published in the New Jersey Register on July 16, 2012. See\u00a0<a>44 N.J.R. 1935(a)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal indicated that written comments may be submitted to the Department by September 14, 2012.\u00a0 The Department is\u00a0extending\u00a0the public\u00a0comment period\u00a0for an additional\u00a030 days, until October 14, 2012.\u00a0\u00a0 Submit comments electronically at <u><a href=\"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/rules\/comment-on-dep-rulemaking-2\/\">https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/rules\/comment-on-dep-rulemaking-2\/<\/a><\/u>.<\/p>\n<p>The Department encourages electronic submittal of comments.\u00a0 In the alternative, comments may be submitted on paper to:<\/p>\n<p>Alice A.
