{"id":1326,"date":"2021-10-12T14:57:18","date_gmt":"2021-10-12T18:57:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/rules\/?page_id=1326"},"modified":"2023-03-20T09:36:45","modified_gmt":"2023-03-20T13:36:45","slug":"20160620a-ext","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/deptest.nj.gov\/rules\/notice-of-rule-proposal-archive\/20160620a-ext\/","title":{"rendered":"20160620a-ext"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>NJ DEPARTMENT of ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION<\/b><br \/>\nLAND USE MANAGEMENT<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take notice<\/strong> that the public comment period on the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection\u2019s proposal of amendments and new rules in the Flood Hazard Area Control Act Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:13, Coastal Zone Management Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7 and Freshwater Wetlands Protection Act Rules, N.J.A.C. 7:7A, is extended (see 48 N.J.R. 1408(a)).\u00a0 The proposal was published in the New Jersey Register on June 20, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal indicated that written comments may be submitted by August 19, 2016.\u00a0The public comment period is extended until August 26, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>The Department encourages electronic submittal of comments.\u00a0Submit comments electronically at <a href=\"https:\/\/nj.gov\/dep\/rules\/comments\/\">https:\/\/nj.gov\/dep\/rules\/comments\/<\/a>.
