The applicant will be required to enter into a license agreement with the Department for the rowing storage space. To apply, please complete the application linked below and return it via email to <a href=\"mailto:PublicLandAdministration@deptest.nj.gov\">PublicLandAdministration@deptest.nj.gov<\/a>.\u00a0 The storage license will be awarded to an eligible applicant on a first-come, first-served basis.
