The Township of Woodbridge is proposing to dispose of 4.429 acres of Clyde Avenue Park in connection with a proposed elementary school. As compensation for the proposed disposal, the Township proposes to dedicate as parkland approximately 12.85 acres of replacement land.\u00a0 The proposed replacement lands include 10.527 acres of Board of Education-owned land at Lynn Crest School #22 (located at 98 Ira Avenue (Colonia)); 0.679 acre of the Full Gospel Galilee Assembly Church property (located at 52 Clyde Avenue (Hopelawn)); and the entire property (1.646 acres) of the former Ford Avenue School #14 (located at 186 Ford Avenue (Fords)). As compensation for the loss of recreational facilities at Clyde Avenue Park, the Township proposes to place recreational facilities on Mary Fee Lane (to be vacated), the Full Gospel Galilee Assembly Church replacement parcel adjacent to Clyde Avenue Park, at portions of the Fords Middle School property (located at 100 Fanning Street (Fords)) and on the property of the former Ford Avenue School #14.<\/p>\n
