Jerome Avenue Recreational Facility
\n(Sigmund Rimm Recreation Complex)<\/p>\n

Block 510.04, Lot 13<\/p>\n

Proposed Lessee:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Margate City Little League, Inc.<\/p>\n

Proposed Leased Premises:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Indoor batting cage building<\/p>\n

Purpose of Lease:\u00a0<\/strong> Management of the batting cage building for the City<\/p>\n

Proposed Lease Term:<\/strong>\u00a0 10 years<\/p>\n

Proposed Compensation:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>$1 per year<\/p>\n
