Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:36-25.13, the NJDEP has been asked to review the following proposed lease of Green Acres encumbered parkland:<\/p>\n

Bader Field
\nBlock 794, Lot 1<\/p>\n

Chelsea Heights Park
\nBlock 773, Lots 3, 4, 5, 7 and 8<\/p>\n

Pop Lloyd Stadium
\nBlock 658, Lot 1<\/p>\n

Proposed User:\u00a0 <\/strong>Perfect Game, Inc.<\/p>\n

Facilities:\u00a0 <\/strong>Sandcastle Stadium at Bader Field and turf fields at Chelsea Heights Park and Pop Lloyd Stadium<\/p>\n

Proposed Use:\u00a0 <\/strong>Use of facilities for exhibition games on weekends in June through October<\/p>\n

Length of Use:<\/strong>\u00a0 5 months (June 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025)<\/p>\n

Proposed Compensation:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>$200 per game at Bader Field and $300 per game at Chelsea Heights Field and Pop Lloyd Stadium ($116,000 total compensation over lease term)<\/p>\n
