The Concession Agreement will be awarded through a sealed public bid process. More information is available in the Request for Proposal document.<\/p>\n<p>Each Bidder must submit a completed Application to be considered for this opportunity. Proposal packages must be received by the Public Land Administration Section on or before the Proposal Submission Deadline.
