Each bidder, or an authorized representative for the bidder, must register and attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit. Bids will only be accepted from those bidders who were properly registered at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit.<\/p>\n In the event inclement weather is anticipated on the day of the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit, the Department will post an update with information on cancellation to this website by 5:00 pm on May 29, 2024.
