The Department of Environmental Protection is issuing Bid Specifications for Concession\/License Opportunities in areas administered by the State Park Service. Concession\/License Agreements are awarded through a sealed public bid process. More detailed information is available in the\u00a0Bid Submission Instructions<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0All forms related to Lease, License and Concession public bidding opportunities on this webpage are available for your immediate printing.\u00a0The Public Land Administration Section will no longer mail out paper copies upon request.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

A Bidder must submit a completed PREQUALIFICATION APPLICATION and BID PROPOSAL FORM for each opportunity that the Bidder is bidding on. Bid Proposal packages must be received by the Public Land Administration Section\u00a0no later than noon\u00a0<\/strong>on the following dates:<\/p>\n
