TAKE NOTICE<\/strong> that the Watershed Property Review Board (WPRB) has received the following request for exemption from the Watershed Protection and Moratorium Act, P.L. 1988, c. 163, as amended by P.L. 1990, c.19:<\/p>\n 2024-0002<\/strong>: City of Salem, County of Salem \u2013 The City of Salem requests an exemption in order to sell New Jersey American Water Company, Inc. the City\u2019s water and wastewater system assets, which include real property interests in the following locations: Township of Alloway, Township of Quinton and City of Salem.
