As compensation for the proposed disposal, the Township proposes to dedicate as parkland approximately, but no less than, 14.26 acres of Board of Education-owned land located at Lynn Crest School #22, 98 Ira Avenue in Colonia and the entire property of the former Ford Avenue School #14 in Fords. As compensation for the loss of recreational facilities at Clyde Avenue Park, the Township proposes to place recreational facilities at portions of the Fords Middle School property on Fanning Street in Fords and on the property of the former Ford Avenue School #14 in Fords.
