Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:36-25.13, the NJDEP has been asked to review the following proposed use agreement for Green Acres encumbered parkland:<\/p>\n

Park Name\/Location:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Northwest (Resiliency) Park<\/p>\n

1201 Madison Street\/1200 Adams Street<\/p>\n

Block 107, Lot 1 (p\/o)<\/p>\n

Proposed User:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Alessio’s<\/p>\n

Facilities:\u00a0 <\/strong>Caf\u00e9 building at the Northwest (Resiliency) Park, Terrace Pavilion – includes the 2,260 square foot interior space in the caf\u00e9 building of the Park, Terrace Pavilion, and the approximately 500 square foot exterior space adjacent to the caf\u00e9 building under the canopy.<\/p>\n

Proposed Use:\u00a0 <\/strong>Use of caf\u00e9 building (2,260 square feet) and outdoor area (500 square feet)<\/p>\n

Length of Use:<\/strong>\u00a0 initial term of five years with option to renew for a second five-year term<\/p>\n

Proposed Compensation:\u00a0 <\/strong>Annual rent of $124,000<\/p>\n
