A Bidder must submit a completed PREQUALIFICATION APPLICATION and BID PROPOSAL FORM for each opportunity that the Bidder is bidding on. Bid Proposal packages must be received by the Public Land Administration Section\u00a0no later than noon\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>on the closing date for bids.\u00a0LATE PROPOSALS SHALL BE INELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION.<\/strong><\/p>\n
