Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:36-25.13, the NJDEP has been asked to review the following proposed leases of Green Acres encumbered parkland:<\/p>\n
Park Owner:\u00a0 <\/strong>Robbinsville\u00a0Township<\/p>\n Park Names\/Locations:<\/strong><\/p>\n Blakely Park (also known as Tindall Park)<\/em>, located on Meadowbrook Road, <\/em>Robbinsville, NJ 08691 (funded)<\/p>\n Community Park<\/em>, located on West Manor Way and Gordon Road, Robbinsville, NJ 08691 (unfunded)<\/p>\n Tantum Park<\/em>, located on Meadowbrook Road, <\/em>Robbinsville, NJ 08691 (funded)<\/p>\n Proposed Lessees\/Leased Premises:<\/strong><\/p>\n Robbinsville PAL Junior Ravens Football and Cheerleading<\/em> (nonprofit organization)\u2013all lined athletic fields on Blakely Park<\/em> and specifically identified appurtenant structures, including field lights and toilet facilities provided by the Township.<\/p>\n Robbinsville Lacrosse Association<\/em> (nonprofit organization)\u2013all lined athletic fields on Blakely Park and Community Park<\/em>, and specifically identified appurtenant structures, including field lights and toilet facilities provided by the Township at Blakely Park and Community Park.<\/p>\n Washington Township Little League of Robbinsville NJ, Inc., aka Robbinsville Little League<\/em> (nonprofit organization)\u2013all baseball\/softball fields located on Tantum Park<\/em> (Tantum Field #1, #2, #3 and Joe Barker Field<\/em> (#4)) and specifically identified appurtenant structures, including Tantum Field #1 and #3 field lights, toilet facilities, concession facilities, Board and Equipment rooms, indoor and outdoor batting cages, and press boxes and T1 Garage and T3 storage sheds provided by the Township.<\/p>\n Robbinsville Soccer Association<\/em> (nonprofit organization)\u2013all lined athletic fields on Community Park<\/em> and specifically identified appurtenant structures, including field lights and toilet facilities provided by the Township.<\/p>\n Purpose of Leases:\u00a0<\/strong> Use of leased premises for practices, games, tournaments, and other recreational events sponsored by the lessees.<\/p>\n Proposed Lease Term:<\/strong>\u00a0 5 years (no renewal)<\/p>\n Proposed Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n In kind services (operation of sports leagues and programming, and facilities maintenance) plus annual rent.\u00a0 Proposed annual rent for the first year of each lease is $5.00 per registered child, with annual rent increasing by $1.00 per registered child each year on January 1, up to a maximum of $9.00 per registered child.<\/p>\n For additional information, please contact:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Bruce R.
