Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 7:36-25.13, the NJDEP has been asked to review the following proposed leases of Green Acres encumbered parkland:<\/p>\n
Park Owner:\u00a0 <\/strong>Stafford Township<\/p>\n Park Name\/Location:\u00a0<\/strong> Doc Cramer Park, 490 Doc Cramer Boulevard, Manahawkin, NJ 08050<\/p>\n Proposed Lessees\/Lease Premises:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Stafford Roller Hockey League (nonprofit organization)–roller hockey rinks and concession stand<\/p>\n Stafford Township Girls\u2019 Softball League (nonprofit organization)–softball fields and concession stand<\/p>\n Stafford Baseball, Inc. (nonprofit organization)–baseball fields and concession stand<\/p>\n Stafford Lacrosse League (nonprofit organization)–lacrosse fields and concession stand<\/p>\n Stafford\/Southern Rams AYC\/AYC Football Club (nonprofit organization)–football fields and concession stand<\/p>\n Stafford Township Soccer Club (nonprofit organization)–soccer fields and concession stand<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n Purpose of Leases:\u00a0<\/strong> Use of leased premises for practices, games, tournaments, and other recreational events sponsored by the lessees.<\/p>\n Proposed Lease Term:<\/strong>\u00a0 10 years (5 year initial term + 5 year renewal)<\/p>\n Proposed Compensation:<\/strong>\u00a0 $1 per year plus in kind services (operation of sports leagues and programming, and facilities maintenance)<\/p>\n For additional information, please contact:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n Lauren R.
