Projects selected must utilize green infrastructure, (green roofs, blue roofs, rain gardens, porous pavement, etc.) to reduce storm water runoff from vacant property or brownfields, within drainage areas hydraulically connected to CSOs in urban communities. DEP has allocated $6 million in MTBE and other NRD recoveries for this grant program.
