Jim was free diving off the shore of the Shark River \u201cback bay\u201d when he landed the 3 pound, 7 ounce fish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new record winter flounder-spearfishing measured 18.75 inches and had a 16.5 inch girth.
